You will experience interactive research-based practices, with no requirement to share personal details with fellow participants.  After equipping you with new tools to manage stress, you will then gain insight by exploring and connecting with your core self.  Join us in the evening for a campfire social, and a special guest.

Please bring your own yoga mat to be able to fully participate.
