This one-day event for adults aims to improve your understanding of the mind-body connection. You will learn and apply a range of skills and techniques in a safe and welcoming environment.

This therapeutic event is designed for shift from fear to freedom related to COVID. Expand your mental health toolkit, while feeling empowered through a journey of self-discovery and reflection. You will experience interactive research-based practices, with no requirement to share personal details with fellow participants. The natural setting will offer a beautiful escape as you shift towards better mental health.

Please bring your own yoga mat to be able to fully participate.
