Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) & Psychotherapy

Address symptoms of trauma & loss such as intrusive images, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, & avoidance.

This approach involves the use of talk therapy and dual attention stimulation such as eye movements, hand buzzers, or tapping. Other modalities such as parts/ego state work, narrative therapy, and mindfulness may be integrated.

EMDR is offered to individuals only.


Six sessions are recommended to start, scheduled for 60 minutes (50 minutes direct therapy and 10 minutes for admin time), $195 per session.

Little Music Fan

Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)

Through the power of frequency and sound, turn down the volume of your stress & auditory sensitivity. SSP is often used as part of preparation for trauma therapy, but can also be administered as a stand alone.

This approach involves listening to music.

SSP can be facilitated with individuals or groups.


Five sessions scheduled for 60 minutes of lisenting time, completed within one week to a month, $195 per session.

Wellness Coach

Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization (ASSYST)

Reduce the intensity of your ongoing stress response.

This approach involves the use of dual attention stimulation such as eye movements, hand buzzers, or tapping.

ASSYST can be facilitated with groups or individuals.


One session scheduled for 60 minutes (50 minutes direct therapy and 10 minutes for admin time), $195 per session.

Love

Induced After Death Communication (IADC)

Experience relief from sadness, and feel reconnected to your deceased loved one through a potential After Death Communication.

This approach is best after at least 6 months of a loss, and involves the use of dual attention stimulation such as eye movements, hand buzzers, or tapping.

IADC is ofered to individuals only.


Two sessions scheduled for 60 minutes each (50 minutes direct therapy and 10 minutes for admin time) completed over two consecutive days, $195 per session.
