My experience includes the role of a Social Worker at The Ottawa Hospital, working in long-term care facilities and private practice, as well as participating in programs which improve the health of vulnerable children. I specialize in areas such as trauma, dissociation, relationships and family issues. This includes working with first responders, VAC and CAF members, individual adults, children, and couples. From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences - my services will be personalized to suit your needs.

Memory is the core of health and symptoms, and unprocessed memories contain the feelings, thoughts, sensations and behavioural responses encoded at the time of the event. Together we will explore past experiences and potential connections to your symptoms such as burnout, anxiety, depression, stress, hyperactivity, or relationship breakdown. My approach includes elements of the Adaptive Information Processing model, attachment and dissociation theory, as well as EMDR, DBT, CBT, sand tray, ego state, narrative, and IFS therapy.
